The group is the authorized pan-India distributor for Diana Aqua’s marine hydrolysates and aqua ingredients. Focused on providing innovative, reliable, and value-for-money feed ingredients, the group strives to fulfill the growing demand for safe and high-quality nutrition across various animal feed segments at optimized costs.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in telangana for a Plant Manager at Susheela Group. The Plant Manager will oversee daily plant operations, monitor production processes, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and manage staff to achieve production goals. Responsibilities include production planning, optimizing manufacturing processes, maintaining equipment, and driving efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence. knowledge of fat and extraction of fat process is must.

Qualifications

Expertise in Plant Management and Plant Operations
Strong skills in Operations Management and Production Planning
Experience in overseeing Manufacturing Operations and processes
Proven leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams
Knowledge of safety, quality, and compliance standards in manufacturing
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in the animal feed or manufacturing industry is an advantage
