Role: Plant Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing operations (Weaving) and drive continuous improvement throughout the plant. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in textile production and a passion for operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee

  production planning

  and ensure timely execution of manufacturing schedules.
• Collaborate closely with

  fabric designers

  to align design feasibility with production capabilities.
• Supervise daily operations by working with

  production supervisors, technicians, and maintenance teams

  .
• Implement

  lean manufacturing practices

  to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and optimise costs.
• Monitor

  machine performance, quality control, and process parameters

  to ensure consistent output.
• Ensure

  safety, compliance, and maintenance protocols

  are strictly followed.
• Manage

  inventory, raw material utilisation, and manpower allocation

  effectively.
• Drive

  innovation and modernisation initiatives

  to keep the plant technologically competitive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Textile Engineering

  ,

  Mechanical Engineering

  , or related field.
• Minimum

  5 years of experience

  in textile manufacturing (preferably weaving or jacquard-based production).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
• Proven ability to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
