Role Description

This is a full-time Plant Manager position based on-site in Mysore. The Plant Manager will oversee day-to-day plant operations, including production planning, ensuring efficient manufacturing processes, and driving overall operational effectiveness. The role involves implementing best practices to optimize production, maintaining safety and quality standards, managing a team, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. Additionally, the Plant Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to meet organizational objectives and achieve operational goals.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Plant Management and Plant Operations.
• Strong skills in Operations Management and Production Planning.
• 12-15 years experience in managing and optimizing Manufacturing Operations.
• Ability to lead teams effectively and foster a culture of safety and efficiency.
• Understanding of industry regulations and best practices in manufacturing and operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in the healthcare or medical device industry is an advantage.
