Plant Head – Mattress Manufacturing

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Plant Head to lead our mattress manufacturing operations in Bhiwadi. The role involves overseeing production, quality, compliance, and team management to ensure smooth and efficient plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end plant operations including production, quality, maintenance, and dispatch.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Lead and mentor the plant team, driving efficiency and accountability.
• Coordinate with sales, procurement, and logistics for smooth supply chain.
• Implement process improvements and cost optimization.

Candidate Profile:

• B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10–15 years of experience in manufacturing, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong technical knowledge of foam/mattress production, ERP, and production planning.
• Proven leadership and decision-making ability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹75,000.00 per month
