Position: Plant HR
Location: Ghaziabad, Murad Nagar (Sybly Industrial Area)
Requisites:
· Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing plant
· Experience from tyre industry is preferred· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels· Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel) and HR management systems (HRIS)· Immediate joiner preferred· Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC & labour laws
Responsibilities:
· Attendance management and leave management
· Payroll coordination· Labour contractor management· Statutory compliance handling· Employee life cycle management· Compensation and benefits support· Query resolution related to compensation, deductions, compliance, and leaves· Handling employee grievances· Documentation of HR letters (Offer letter, Appointment letter, Confirmation letter, Experience letter, etc.)· Maintain accurate employee records, including personal details, attendance, performance reviews, and any disciplinary actions
