Job Title: Plant Head – Corrugated Packaging Location: Ambach, Gujarat Experience Required: 10+ Years (Corrugated Box Industry Experience Mandatory) Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the corrugation plant Monitor production targets, timelines, and output quality Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce downtime Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to streamline operations Oversee maintenance schedules and ensure plant equipment is running efficiently Drive safety, compliance, and quality control standards across the plant Manage and train staff, build high-performing teams, and resolve workforce issues Maintain production documentation and prepare reports for management Qualifications & Experience : Minimum 10 years of experience in the corrugated box manufacturing industry Proven experience in a plant head or senior operations management role Strong knowledge of semi-automatic corrugation processes and packaging standards Hands-on experience with machinery and plant operations Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight production schedules Educational qualification : Bachelor's in Engineering/Operations/Industrial Management (preferred but not mandatory) Share your Updated Resume on below mentioned details.
