Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Head, located in Sanand, Gujarat. The Plant Head will oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production planning, quality control, and budgeting. Responsibilities include managing production processes to ensure efficiency, monitoring and improving quality standards, and ensuring effective utilization of plant resources. The Plant Head will also be responsible for coordinating with various departments to achieve organizational goals and objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Plant Operations and Production Management
• Skills in Production Planning and Quality Control
• Budgeting and resource allocation skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Metallurgy, or related field
• Experience in the casting or manufacturing industry, should have experience in manufacturing of high precision, CI and SG casting.
