Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Supervisor located in Sanand. The Plant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily plant operations, ensuring efficient working of all processes, and maintaining high standards of productivity and safety. Day-to-day tasks will include supervising plant staff, conducting regular plant maintenance, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and providing training to new employees.

• Supervisory Skills
• Experience in Plant Operations and Plant Maintenance
• Ability to conduct Training sessions for new and existing employees
• Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance practices
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or ITI certification
• Familiarity with sand casting processes and equipment
• Familiarity with SG and CI casting is a plus
