Job Description: Site Manager

Location: Sanand, Gujarat
Role Type: Full-Time
Inhand : Up to ₹12 LPA (Based on experience & interview performance)

Position Overview

Voltas Beko is looking for an experienced Site Manager with strong exposure to Refrigerator manufacturing/operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance, site operations management, MIS reporting, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee overall site operations related to refrigerator manufacturing and maintenance activities
• Manage electrical and mechanical maintenance of plant equipment and utilities
• Ensure smooth functioning of machinery, minimizing downtime and improving efficiency
• Lead and supervise maintenance teams, contractors, and vendors
• Prepare and present MIS reports, daily/weekly/monthly performance reports
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as production, quality, and safety
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and statutory requirements
• Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules
• Monitor spare parts inventory and maintenance budgets
• Support continuous improvement initiatives at the site

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 12+ years of experience as a Site Manager / Maintenance Manager
• Mandatory experience in Refrigerator manufacturing or related appliances
• Strong knowledge of Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance systems
• Proven experience in plant/site management
• Excellent skills in communication, coordination, and MIS report preparation
• Ability to manage teams and handle multiple site-level responsibilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
