Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor for our Goa location. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in PLC systems, CNC machines, and hydraulic controls, along with the ability to supervise maintenance teams and ensure uninterrupted plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical maintenance activities at the Goa plant/site.

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of PLC-based systems.

• Troubleshoot and maintain CNC machines and control panels.

• Handle electrical controls related to hydraulic systems.

• Lead and manage a team of electricians and technicians.

• Analyze breakdowns, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.

• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical regulations.

• Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and technical documentation.

• Coordinate with production and engineering teams for smooth operations.

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Strong experience in Electrical Maintenance within manufacturing/industrial setups.

• Hands-on knowledge of PLC (Siemens / Allen Bradley or equivalent).

• Experience working with CNC machines.

• Working knowledge of hydraulic systems & control circuits.

• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and drawings.

• Good leadership and troubleshooting skills.

Qualification

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of relevant experience.

• Prior supervisory or team-handling experience is mandatory.

• Willingness to work at the Goa location.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
