Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Head located in Vizag(Andhra Pradesh) The Plant Head will be responsible for overseeing daily plant operations, including production planning, quality control, budgeting, and production management. The role involves ensuring the smooth operation of the plant, meeting production targets, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Qualifications

Experience in Plant Operations and Production Management
Skills in Production Planning and Budgeting
Strong background in Quality Control
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Ability to work on-site and manage plant operations
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Plastic Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field
Experience in Plastic Recycling Industry will be given priority
Experience in the environmental services industry is a plus
