Role & Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day plant operations including

  production planning, maintenance, quality control, and resource allocation

  .
• Develop and manage

  production schedules

  to meet volume, cost, and quality targets.
• Ensure products meet established

  quality standards

  and actively address deviations.
• Enforce and promote adherence to

  safety protocols

  and environmental regulations.
• Lead

  process improvement initiatives

  leveraging Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, or other lean methodologies.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor plant supervisors and personnel.
• Develop and manage

  operational budgets

  ; optimize cost through resource planning and efficiency.
• Track

  key metrics

  (e.g., OEE, man-hour costs, production yield) and initiate corrective actions.
• Collaborate closely with

  procurement, logistics, quality, engineering, and R&D

  teams.
• Present regular operational performance updates and improvement proposals to senior management.
• Ensure uptime via

  preventive maintenance

  and timely troubleshooting.
• Monitor customer feedback and respond promptly to issues like defects or delays.

Skills Required
