Title: Plant Head Drinking Water - Beverage Industry Key Responsibilities Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all equipment and systems. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track plant efficiency and productivity. Identify and implement process improvements to optimize plant performance. Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of raw materials. Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to align production plans with market demand. Establish and maintain rigorous quality control standards to ensure product quality and compliance with regulatory requirements. Conduct regular quality checks and audits to identify and rectify any quality issues. Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance product quality. Develop and manage the plant's annual budget, monitoring expenses and revenue to ensure financial viability. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to optimize resource utilization. Lead and motivate a team of skilled professionals, providing guidance, training, and support. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Evaluate team performance and implement performance improvement plans. Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations. Develop and implement emergency response plans and conduct regular drills.
