Job Title: Plant Head

Location: Godhi Village, near Mandir Hasaud, Raipur (On-site)

Company Overview:
Alishan Green Energy Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of EVA sheets and backsheets used in solar panels. We are looking for an experienced Plant Head to manage overall plant operations, including production, manpower, quality, maintenance, and safety. The role is responsible for achieving production targets, improving efficiency, and ensuring smooth day-to-day plant functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage complete plant operations and daily production activities

· Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety norms are met

· Lead and manage production, maintenance, and quality teams

· Reduce downtime, wastage, and operational costs

· Coordinate with planning, purchase, and dispatch teams

· Prepare and share regular reports with management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, including at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in the solar energy sector.
• Expertise in ISO standards, 5S methodologies, and lean manufacturing practices.
• Strong technical knowledge of solar component production processes and industry standards.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and drive performance.
• Commitment to environmental sustainability and compliance with industry regulations.
