Job Description

As the Plant Commercial Head at our company, your role is crucial in driving business growth and ensuring financial stability. You will be responsible for leading the Annual Operating Plan exercise, driving productivity improvement initiatives, analyzing revenue and cost lines for decision support, ensuring financial compliance, optimizing supply chain management, implementing IT tools for financial transaction processing, managing legal and compliance matters, and overseeing people management activities. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the Annual Operating Plan exercise and develop AOP construct with Management and functional heads - Anchor monthly Operations Review meetings for unit performance review - Drive Productivity Improvement Agenda and monitor tracking of initiatives - Analyze revenue/cost lines for decision support on pricing, trade margins, and ROI - Ensure adherence to statutory accounting policies and completion of audits - Monthly reporting of Unit Financial results with detailed Cause of Change Analysis - Safeguard company assets and lead efficient management of working capital - Optimize inventory carrying cost and enhance purchase efficiency - Implement supply chain activities across Demand/Supply/Inventory Planning, Shipping, Warehousing, and Transportation - Implement best practice tools for financial transaction processing - Ensure overall compliance and management of Commercial and Indirect Taxes matters - Ensure growth and development of the people reporting to this position Qualifications Required: - UG: B.Com in Any Specialization - PG: CA with First Attempt, Second Attempt preferred,
