Job Description

To manage the Plant & Machinery department efficiently by overseeing the operations, maintenance, and manpower management of all construction site equipment and machinery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and cost-effectiveness.

Role & responsibilities

Experience in plant & machinery department specially high rise towers.
Deep understanding of the working of Tower Crane, DG, Boom Pump, Hoist, Backhoe loaders, Telehandlers, Concrete Pump and all equipment in any typical construction site
Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
Good hold on MIS
Ability to handle ERP is an added advantage
A people's manager who can keep the motivation of the team members levels high
Deep understanding of the business exigencies and ability to translate business objectives into the objectives of the P&M department
Deep understanding of the equipment, machinery, tools, parts that are required at various points in time to operate the P&M department as well as the sites
Maintain site records of equipment, including logbooks, preventive maintenance records, and equipment upkeep
Manage spare parts inventory, optimize costs, source operators, mechanics, and other personnel.
Should be Potential, Innovative and individual performer
Mobilize the required man power for the operations of the vertical
Preferred to have worked few years in Regional or Head Office

Preferred candidate profile

Education : B.E/ B. Tech - Mechanical or Electrical or
Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Strong leadership skills.
