Planning Systems Lead

Job Title : Planning Systems Lead

Experience : 8-12 Years 

Location : Pune 

Responsibilities : 

• Provide expert support and guidance on Kinaxis Maestro for PU end users.
  
• Monitor user activity to ensure compliance with global planning standards configured in the system.
  
• Troubleshoot system issues and handle defect triage, escalating as needed.
  
• Lead training sessions and mentor users to improve system proficiency and adoption.
  
• Develop and maintain training materials, SOPs, and best practices aligned with global standards.
  
• Collaborate with the global SME community to share insights and drive continuous improvement.
  
• Identify process gaps and work with global teams to enhance planning workflows.
  
• Represent the PU in digital transformation projects including AI and machine learning enhancements.
  
• Once certified, implement minor system updates and improvements.
  

Requisites :

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
  
• Experience in supply chain planning with hands-on use of Kinaxis Rapid Response / Maestro.
  
• Proven ability to lead teams and standardize processes within digital planning tools.
  
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP ECC, S4 Hana, or JDE.
  
• Skilled in user training, coaching, and organizational change management.
  
• Ability to collaborate effectively across global teams and IT functions.
