Job Description

Role: Manager /Senior Manager Planning

Location: Gurgaon

BE / B Tech Civil Engineering

Industry- Real Estate Developments

Role & responsibilities

  1. Preparation of

    Baseline Programs, Project Plan, Schedule, Tracking and Monitoring MS Project/ Primavera/ P6.

  2. Preparation, Obtaining Approval, Monitoring and controlling the baseline program.

  3. Working on

    Standard Quantities per Drawings & Specifications- BOQ and BOM's

  4. Prepare

    Risk Assessment

    for the project identifying the

    high-risk activities along with suggesting mitigation measures

  5. Preparation of

    Resource Requirements/Deployment Schedule/Cash Flow, etc.

  6. Responsible for monitoring the schedule and cost performance of the project.

  7. Budgeting, Cash flows, Fund Forecasts,

    and

    procurement details.

  8. Preparation of

    Detailed Construction Program along-with detailed work method statements for all activities.

  9. Coordination with

    Client & Contractor for meetings regarding Site Work, Progress and Planning Scheduling

  10. Preparation of Tender documents with close coordination with Civil -MEP Department -Architecture Departments.

  11. Tendering work i.e. floating the tender documents for subletting of work to contractors of all disciplines for residential project and inviting the quotations.

  12. Preparation of

    own cost estimates; comparing the bids with our cost estimate.

  13. Prepare recovery schedules to mitigate delays in the project.

  14. Co-ordinate with other departments on relevant issues relating to the project.

  15. Prepare and

    maintain package work plans and monitor progress

    to achieve on time or earlier deliveries to keep the project on schedule.

  16. Ensure that

    Project Controls Documents such as Resources Histogram, Schedules, Reporting Systems, Material Controls Systems, etc. are fully developed by the designated personnel and reviewed by Construction Management

  17. Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when directed by Head Projects.

  18. Must possess Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
