Job Description

Role Objective

To ensure effective planning, scheduling, tracking, and monitoring of project activities,

ensuring timely completion within defined cost, quality, and safety parameters.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain project schedules using tools like MS Project / Primavera.
Monitor project progress and update schedules with actual progress against planned

timelines.

Prepare and circulate Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Progress Reports (DPR/WPR/MPR).
Assist in resource planning (manpower, materials, equipment) to meet project

requirements.

Track and monitor budget utilization and highlight variances in cost and time.
Conduct project review meetings and highlight critical issues, risks, and delays.
Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project

execution.

Maintain dashboards and MIS reports for management.
Identify and escalate bottlenecks, deviations, and risks with mitigation plans.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of Project Planning & Monitoring tools (Primavera, MS Project, Excel,

Power BI, etc.).

Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prepare and present progress & performance reports.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of EPC/Construction/Manufacturing project lifecycle.

Qualifications &Experience

Education: B.Tech - (Civil/Mechanical) or MBA (Operations/Project Management).

Experience: 38 years (for Executive/Engineer)
