Planning Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate resource allocation (manpower, machinery, materials) based on engineering requirements and capacity.
• Production Efficiency-Sales Plan Vs Production Plan, Adherence of Shift Scheduling & Preventive Maintenance Plan, Capacity Utilization
• Improvement- Dash Board - Screw, DC, BFV, CP101, Number of Kaizen implementation
• Measures the accuracy of production planning in alignment with sales forecasts.
• Liaise between design, engineering, and production teams to align timelines with mechanical specifications and design changes.
• Measures how effectively production meets dispatch schedules based on sales targets.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports , delays, and performance metrics.
• Identify bottlenecks in planning and propose solutions to maintain progress in line with deadlines.
• Support procurement and inventory planning for mechanical components and assemblies.
• Suggest process improvements based on engineering knowledge and workflow analysis.
• Evaluates how efficiently production resources are utilized in relation to maximum capacity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree

  in Mechanical Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech)
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in planning in Screw Conveyor, production planning, Manufacturing Industries.
• Proficiency in planning and scheduling software (e.g., SAP module)
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, fabrication processes, and manufacturing workflows
• Analytical mindset with excellent organizational and communication skills
• Communication Skills - English (Must),Hindi.
