Purpose/Objective


    The Site Planning Executive (Ropeways) supports the planning and scheduling of construction activities at the project site, ensuring the timely flow of information and documentation across teams. This role is crucial in monitoring project progress, coordinating technical documents, and assisting in maintaining alignment with the master schedule.

Key Responsibilities of Role


    Project Scheduling and Support: - Assist in developing detailed schedules for specific project tasks, ensuring alignment with the overall master schedule - Regularly update schedules based on site progress and changes, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of any adjustments - Collaborate with the Site Planning Lead and project teams to ensure timely execution of activities, helping to prevent delays and ensuring the project stays on track Project Progress Monitoring and Reporting: - Track the progress of project activities by coordinating with site execution teams and various departments to ensure that work is being completed as per the project schedule - Assist in identifying potential delays or bottlenecks and report them to the Site Planning Lead, helping to develop and implement corrective actions as needed - Prepare periodic progress reports, highlighting key project updates, risks, and schedule deviations, and ensure timely submission to project stakeholders Risk Management and Mitigation: - Identify potential risks to the project schedule and assist in developing mitigation strategies in coordination with the Site Planning Lead and execution teams - Support in maintaining a risk register, ensuring all potential delays are documented, and measures are implemented to address them Documentation and Compliance: - Ensure that all scheduling and planning activities are compliant with project requirements, including contractual and regulatory obligations - Maintain accurate records and logs of all planning-related documents, ensuring compliance with both internal and external audit requirements Key Stakeholders - Internal: Central Projects Team PMAG Design Engineering team Techno-commercial team Contracts and Commercial team Safety team Quality team Key Stakeholders - External: Client Regulatory Bodies Contractors Suppliers Design Consultant

Qualifications and Experience


    Educational Background - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. - Advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are preferred. Years & Type of Experience - 5 to 10 years of experience in infrastructure project planning and execution. - Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Domain Expertise - In-depth knowledge of project scheduling and risk management methodologies. - Familiarity with ropeway systems and infrastructure development. - Experience in managing large-scale projects with stringent timelines and quality standards.
