As a candidate for the position in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria starting from 1th July 2025, your main responsibilities will revolve around data mining, manipulation, visualization, project stakeholder management, information handling, and ensuring compliance with SPDC HSE policies and standards. - Develop maintenance campaign programmes and ensure compliance based on guidance from Team Lead and Supervisors - Archive departmental documents and reports in the approved record system - Prepare and submit periodic performance reports for the department - Secure budgetary approval for procurement of materials and services - Collaborate with Asset Management Integration Lead to formulate annual business and budget plans - Collect, analyze, interpret, and summarize data for statistical and analytical reports - Manage maintenance budgets and optimize spare parts inventory - Engage external resources for day-to-day operations of the underwater unit - Assist teams in developing work scopes, milestone plans, and resource mobilization plans - Identify opportunities to enhance departmental efficiency through changes in working conditions and equipment use - Demonstrate problem-solving, analytical, and presentation skills - Exhibit strong communication, team-working disposition, and organizational skills - Be flexible, adaptable, a fast learner, and respectful of others' opinions - Demonstrate a commitment to continuing professional development and possess a learner's mindset - Foster cordial working relationships with colleagues and customers - Possess a good understanding of legislation, statutory requirements, and information management - University Degree/ Higher National Diploma in any Discipline - Experience with Primavera P6 and MS Office applications - Working knowledge in Data Analytics, Data Mining, and Data Visualization - Professional certifications in SAP/Primavera/Project Management/Microsoft Office applications - HSE Level 3 certificate - Ability to work with minimum supervision Please note that the work location is primarily office-based, with occasional visits to Pipelines work sites based on business demands.
