PLANNING ENGINEERING OPERATIONS

Role Overview: As a candidate for this position, you will be responsible for managing data, developing maintenance campaign programs, and monitoring compliance in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria. You will also be accountable for archiving departmental documents, preparing performance reports, and liaising with various stakeholders to facilitate business planning and budgeting. Key Responsibilities: - Request input from Team Lead and Supervisors to develop maintenance campaign programs and monitor compliance - Archive all departmental documents and reports in the approved company's record system - Prepare and submit periodical performance reports for the department - Raise and achieve budgetary approval for procurement of materials and services - Develop annual business and budget plans in coordination with Asset Management Integration Lead - Prepare Quarterly Business Performance reviews with vendors - Collect, analyze, interpret, and summarize data for statistical and analytical reports - Coordinate data requests for planning and performance reporting - Maintain maintenance budgets and optimize spare parts inventory - Ensure materials, components, and special tooling required for work orders are correct and available - Engage external resources necessary for day-to-day operations - Identify opportunities to increase departmental efficiency - Support teams in developing work scope, milestone plans, and resource mobilization plan - Problem-solving, analytical, and presentation skills - Good communication, team-working disposition, organizational, and networking skills - Adaptability, fast learner, and commitment to professional development - Ability to work and deliver under tight deadlines - Maintain cordial working relationships with colleagues and customers - Understanding of legislation, statutory requirements, and information management Qualifications Required: - University Degree/Higher National Diploma in any discipline - Experience with Primavera P6 and MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and others) - Experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP-PM) is an added advantage - Working knowledge in Data Analytics, Data Mining, Data Manipulation, and Data Visualization - Professional certifications in SAP/Primavera/Project Management/Microsoft Office applications are advantageous - HSE Level 3 certificate - Ability to work with minimum supervision - Positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work cooperatively in a team environment - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-paced environment - Initiative for creative thinking, innovation, and follow-through on impactful projects or processes - Attention to detail and ability to deal with sudden priority changes - Knowledge of HSE issues related to the industry Note: The work location is mostly office-based with periodic visits to Pipelines work sites accessible via land transport, helicopter, or boat as business demands.,
