Planning Engineering Operations - Specialization Services

As a candidate for the position based in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria starting from 1th July 2025, the job entails the following responsibilities and qualifications: You will be responsible for handling various tasks related to data mining, manipulation, and visualization using key tools. Additionally, you will be involved in managing project stakeholders, information, and site HSSE to ensure adherence to SPDC HSE policies and standards. - Develop maintenance campaign programmes and monitor compliance based on input from Team Lead and Supervisors - Archive all departmental documents and reports in the approved record system - Prepare and submit periodical performance reports for the department - Raise and achieve budgetary approval for procurement of materials and services - Coordinate with Asset Management Integration Lead to develop annual business and budget plans - Collect, analyze, interpret, and summarize data for statistical and analytical reports - Maintain maintenance budgets and optimize spare parts inventory - Engage external resources necessary for day-to-day operations of the underwater unit - Support teams in developing work scopes, milestone plans, and resource mobilization plans - Suggest changes in working conditions and equipment use to increase departmental efficiency - Problem-solving, good analytical, and presentation skills - Good communication, team-working disposition, and organizational skills - Flexible, adaptable, fast learner, and respects opinions of others - Commitment to continuing professional development and a learners mindset - Create and maintain cordial working relationships with colleagues and customers - Good understanding of legislation, statutory requirements, and information management - University Degree/ Higher National Diploma in any Discipline - Experience with Primavera P6 and MS Office applications - Working knowledge in Data Analytics, Data Mining, and Data Visualization - Professional certifications in SAP/Primavera/Project Management/Microsoft Office applications - HSE Level 3 certificate - Ability to work with minimum supervision Please note that the work location is mostly office-based with occasional visits to Pipelines work sites as per business demands.,
