Job Description

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using MS ProjectDefine timelines for all activities, including civil, MEP, finishing, and development / infra works. Estimate and allocate manpower, machinery, and materials in line with project targets and progress. Track daily, weekly, and monthly progress against the baseline schedulesIdentify delays, analyse root causes, and recommend corrective actions. Shall prepare / review periodical MIS for different project sites, Prepare and submit Daily, weekly, monthly progress Reports.Coordinate with Project team, Design Team and other departments Coordination with all consultants and other stakeholders for design development.Conduct and record design review meetingsPrepare and verify quantity take-offs from drawings for planning and procurement purposes.Working on Techno commercial tasks including finalising budgets, coordinate with various vendors, obtaining quotations, preparing work orders etc. Participate and play key and active role in Tendering process till onboarding of the Contractor / Agencies of work.Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress & appropriate reporting.
