Planning Engineer Project Type: Residential High-Rise Apartments (2 Towers, G+24) Location: Sarjapur, Bangalore Organization: Contractor Experience: Minimum 5+ years Working Days: 6 days/week Joining: Immediate / within 15–30 days preferred Salary Range: ₹60,000 – ₹80,000 per month Role Overview We are looking for a Planning Engineer with strong experience in residential high-rise projects to manage project schedules, monitor progress, and support timely project delivery. Key Responsibilities ● Prepare detailed project plans and construction schedules ● Develop baseline schedules and periodic updates ● Track project progress and prepare progress reports ● Identify delays, conduct delay analysis, and propose recovery plans ● Coordinate with site teams for accurate progress inputs ● Support management with MIS and planning dashboards Required Skills & Qualifications ● Minimum 5+ years experience in residential apartment projects ● Mandatory hands-on experience with Primavera P6 ● Strong proficiency in Advanced MS Excel ● Good understanding of construction sequencing and timelines Strong analytical and communication skills
