· Single point contact for client
· Internal KOM with full details
· Generation of PR for raw material, components & welding consumable
· Material convergence sheet
· BOM Tracking
· Document Control
· Progress report to client
· Review meeting with client
· Review of Job progress w.r.t schedule
· Budget and Cost control
· Inventory control
· Delivery extension, LD case
· Extra claim for post order changes
· Forming of Dish ends & other components
· Rolling of pipes.
· FSD- Fabrication Sequence diaphragm’
· Cutting layout checking
· Operation Cards
· Manufacturing procedures
· Expediting of sub-con items
· Handling plan
· KG deposition workout
· Roller locations for Columns
· Hydrotest blanks & fasteners arrangement
· N2 blanks & Gasket arrangement
· Hydro test sketch
· PWHT – loading sketch & HTR.
· LSR- loading sketch & HTR
· Blasting & painting finalization & mobilization
· Acid cleaning finalization & mobilization
· Lesson learned & project closeout.
· Final documents compilation, approval & submission.
· Updation of ASME & ISO audit files
