Job Title: Planning Engineer
Location: Bengaluru,

Experience Required: 7 to 10 years
Qualification: B.Tech / B.E in Civil Engineering
Joining: Immediate
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams
to align timelines and project goals.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports and dashboards for
management.
• Perform delay analysis and recommend recovery measures.
• Track and manage resources, costs, and work progress to ensure timely
project delivery.
• Prepare and update project S-curves, cash flow, and manpower
histograms.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, milestones, and
deliverables.
• Coordinate and conduct planning meetings with internal and external
stakeholders.
• Analyze project risks and recommend mitigation plans.
Key Skills:
• Proficiency in project planning tools (Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering and construction processes.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong understanding of BOQ, WBS, and cost control principles.
