Planning Engineer - Fabrication Projects

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Planning Executive to support our production and project planning team. This is an entry-level, full-time role suitable for candidates with basic knowledge of steel fabrication and strong skills in Excel and coordination. The candidate will assist in preparing planning documents, handling communication with inspectors and sites, supporting CNC nesting, and coordinating dispatch activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and update BOM, BOQ, and Procurement Lists in Excel.
• Support production and project planning activities.
• Coordinate through emails/phone for inspector placements, site updates, and material requirements.
• Assist in CNC nesting for plate cutting (training will be provided).
• Maintain records, trackers, and project reports.
• Prepare dispatch and shipping lists and coordinate with teams for timely dispatches.
• Follow up with teams for timely progress and issue resolution.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Diploma / ITI / Graduate (Mechanical/Production preferred, others with fabrication knowledge may apply).
• Experience: 1–3 years

Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Knowledge of AutoCAD
• Basic understanding of steel fabrication and drawings
• Good communication for emails and telephonic coordination
• Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks

Location: Faridabad (On-site)

CTC: ₹2.5–3.5 LPA depending on experience and fit.
