Planning Executive - Fabrication

Supreme Fabricators & Engineers (SFE), established in 1985 and based in Faridabad

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Junior Planning Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and update

  BOM, BOQ, and Procurement Lists

  in Excel.
• Support

  production and project planning activities.

• Coordinate through emails/phone for inspector placements, site updates, and material requirements.

• Assist in CNC nesting for plate cutting

  (training will be provided).
• Maintain

  records, trackers, and project reports.

• Prepare dispatch and shipping lists

  and coordinate with teams for timely dispatches.
• Follow up with teams for

  timely progress and issue resolution.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Diploma / ITI / Graduate (Mechanical/Production preferred, others with fabrication knowledge may apply).
• Experience: 0–2 years (freshers with fabrication knowledge can apply).

Skills:

• Proficiency in

  MS Excel

• Knowledge of

  AutoCAD

• Basic understanding of

  steel fabrication and drawings

• Good communication for

  emails and telephonic coordination

• Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks
