Planning Executive - Fabrication

As a Junior Planning Executive at Supreme Fabricators & Engineers (SFE) in Faridabad, you will be responsible for supporting the production and project planning team. Your role will involve assisting in preparing planning documents, coordinating communication with inspectors and sites, supporting CNC nesting, and managing dispatch activities. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and update Bill of Materials (BOM), Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and Procurement Lists using MS Excel. - Support production and project planning activities to ensure timely execution. - Coordinate via emails and phone calls for inspector placements, site updates, and material requirements. - Assist in CNC nesting for plate cutting after receiving training. - Maintain accurate records, trackers, and project reports. - Prepare dispatch and shipping lists and coordinate with teams for on-time dispatches. - Follow up with teams to monitor progress and resolve any issues promptly. Qualifications Required: - Diploma / ITI / Graduate (Preferably in Mechanical or Production, but others with fabrication knowledge are encouraged to apply). Skills Required: - Proficiency in MS Excel for data management and analysis. - Knowledge of AutoCAD for understanding drawings. - Basic understanding of steel fabrication processes. - Good communication skills for effective coordination through emails and phone calls. - Willingness to learn new tasks and take ownership of responsibilities. Location: Faridabad (On-site) CTC: 2.5 - 3.5 LPA, depending on experience and suitability for the role.,
