Planning & Control Engineer

Job Summary:

Candidate is responsible for planning, scheduling, monitoring, and controlling production activities to ensure on-time delivery, optimum utilization of resources, and adherence to quality and cost standards within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders, stock levels, and capacity.
• Coordinate with sales and purchase for order priorities and material availability.
• Prepare Material Requirement Plans (MRP) based on production plans.
• Create and monitor production schedules to achieve delivery timelines.
• Allocate resources efficiently for manpower, machines, and materials.
• Track daily production output vs. plan, identifying bottlenecks and taking corrective actions.
• Maintain optimum inventory levels for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Monitor material consumption and coordinate with stores and purchase for timely material availability.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Dispatch teams for smooth production flow.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• Analyze variances between planned and actual production and recommend improvements.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and company policies during production activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
