Your Role And Responsibilities

Ø To plan and ensure right parts are stocked at right location, in right quantities at the right timeØ Ensure serviceability targets are met at Country / Geo and WorldwideØ Be proactive in identifying potential product issues and communicating to relevant stakeholdersØ Execute inventory reduction plan suggested by global team.Ø Optimize the demand plan depending on phases of product life cycle.Ø Co-ordinate with Team lead / Manager in decision makingØ Co-ordinate with Execution buyers in expediting PO’s, hot-listing parts that are critical, move-out PO’s that might impact inventory addition, etc.,Ø Pro-actively seek support from team leads and SMEs on business requirementsØ Manage, maintain, and update planning KPI’s (Key performance Indicators) and understand how they impact the businessØ Participation and leadership of Continuous Improvement projects

Preferred Education

Bachelor's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

ü Any Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability.ü Spares Demand Forecastü Manufacturing and Service/Spares experience in area of placement preferred.ü Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or 1-3 years planning background.ü Strong coordination and communication skills, (both written and spoken)ü Ability to work independently to prioritize and balance workload commitments within defined schedules, as part of a teamü Demonstrate strong teamwork

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Excellent knowledge with MS Excel, ERP and other tools related to Supply chain Planning like PIMS, CPPS, WMS, QMF, etc
• Willing to learn and adapt to change if required
• Root cause analysis using 5 Why’s and 2 how’s
