Job Purpose

The purpose of this job is to manage the New Segments in Decorative Paint portfolio some of which include Construction Chemicals, Commercial Flooring, Painting Tools & Ancillaries Range etc. A key part of this job also involves leading the marketing for export markets including Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan & Myanmar.

Key Accountabilities

Develop and execute strategic marketing plans
Identify consumer needs and market opportunities
Manage brand and pricing architecture
Lead new product development (NPD)
Oversee portfolio and innovation roadmap
Develop impactful packaging and design
Plan and implement integrated communication campaigns
Collaborate with commercial and sales teams
to optimize product selection, pricing strategy, distribution, and in-market activation.
Drive compliance with product stewardship and sustainability standards
Manage lifecycle of product portfolio
Lead and develop cross-functional, multicultural teams
