Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Leadership Placement professional, located in Jalandhar at Lovely Professional University. The role involves leading placement strategies and initiatives to enhance student employability, managing relationships with corporate partners to secure placement opportunities, and organizing career fairs and recruitment drives. Responsiveness to industry trends and maintaining strong recruiter relationships are critical aspects of this role, along with the guidance and training of students to prepare them for successful career placements.

• Manage internal and external stakeholders effectively

• Track and analyze placement data, reports, KPIs, and dashboards

• Ensure compliance with university policies and recruiter commitments

• Continuously improve processes using data-driven insights
