Job Summary

The Placement Coordinator / Officer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing placement activities for students. This role acts as a bridge between students, training teams, and recruiting companies to ensure successful employment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate campus recruitment and placement activities
• Build and maintain relationships with companies, HRs, and recruitment partners
• Identify job opportunities aligned with students’ skills and course completion
• Schedule interviews, placement drives, and company visits
• Prepare and share student profiles, resumes, and placement data with employers
• Guide students on resume preparation, interview skills, and career readiness
• Track student eligibility, attendance, and placement status
• Maintain accurate placement records, reports, and documentation
• Coordinate with trainers and academic teams for student readiness
• Share placement updates and opportunities through emails, WhatsApp, or portals
• Collect feedback from recruiters and placed candidates
• Ensure placement targets and timelines are met

Qualifications

• Any Graduate/Any Postgraduate
• 1–3 years of experience in placements.
