We're expanding our team and looking for a dynamic Placement Officer cum HR Executive to help students secure opportunities and manage internal HR operations.

Role Overview:

As a Placement Officer & HR, you will play a dual role — guiding students to successful placements and handling core HR functions. You will build strong industry connections, prepare students for interviews, and manage onboarding, team coordination, and employee engagement internally.

Key Responsibilities:Placement Officer Role:

• Build and maintain relationships with companies, recruiters, and hiring partners.
• Organize campus drives, job fairs, and placement events.
• Conduct mock interviews, resume reviews, and soft-skill sessions.
• Track and report placement metrics and student performance.
• Identify and share job/internship opportunities with students regularly.

HR Executive Role:

• Manage recruitment and onboarding of internal staff/trainers.
• Maintain employee records and coordinate with trainers & support staff.
• Handle internal communication, performance feedback, and team engagement activities.
• Ensure smooth daily operations and compliance with HR policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• 1–3 years of experience in placement coordination or HR roles.
• Ability to connect with students and corporate clients effectively.
• Organized, proactive, and self-driven personality.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the edtech/training sector.
• Knowledge of IT and software development roles to better align placements.
• Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Internshala, and Indeed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,721.92 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus

Work Location: In person
