Key Duties and Responsibilities (talking points):
1. Student Career Guidance
Assist students in identifying career goals and preparing accordingly.
Organize orientation programs, career counseling, resume-building sessions.
2. Industry & Employer Coordination
Establish strong relationships with companies to generate placement opportunities.
Invite recruiters, maintain placement records, and analyze placement trends.
3. Pre-Placement Preparation
Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, aptitude training.
Help students build soft skills and communication skills.
4. Batch-Wise Student Tracking & Coordination
Maintain student databases.
Track placement eligibility, attendance in training, performance in mock tests.
5. Event Management
Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and guest lectures.
6. Reporting and Feedback
Provide feedback to students.
Report placement data to management, pr re reports for review.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
