• Placement Coordination:

  Organize and manage recruitment drives, job fairs, and campus placements to facilitate connections between job seekers and employers.

• Candidate Preparation:

  Prepare job seekers by arranging training in soft skills, aptitude tests, and group discussions to improve their chances of securing a job.

• Database Management:

  Maintain databases of students, employers, and placement patterns to provide useful insights for career planning.

• Guidance and Support:

  Offer personalized support to individuals in understanding their skills, interests, and qualifications, and matching them with suitable job openings.
