Qualification- Masters in Engineering/LLM/ Ph. D (Engineering/Law)

Candidate needs to be comfortable at teaching and providing placements( dual role)

Placement Responsibilities:

Industry Relations:
Building and maintaining relationships with companies and recruiters to facilitate placements.
Placement Drives:
Organizing and coordinating campus recruitment drives, interviews, and job fairs.
Career Preparation:
Preparing students for placements through workshops on resume building, interview skills, and aptitude tests.
Placement Data Management:
Maintaining student records, tracking placement statistics, and analyzing placement trends.
Promoting Career Counselling:
Organizing guest speaker sessions with industry professionals and alumni.

Preferred candidate profile

Developing and implementing innovative Training & Placement ideas and Techniques.
Providing Lectures for Subjects of Engineering/ LAW.
Staying up-to-date on current trends and advancements.
Engaging with industry professionals and experts.
