Job Description

Placement Coordinator / Business Development Executive (BDE)

connecting with HRs, recruiters, hiring managers, and companies

corporate outreach, HR coordination, recruitment support, client acquisition, and campus placement operations

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with
HR professionals, recruiters, hiring managers, and corporate partners
Generate
placement, internship, and job opportunities
through corporate tie-ups
Coordinate
campus recruitment, off-campus hiring drives, and placement activities
Pitch and promote
IT trained candidates (Full Stack Java, Software Testing, etc.)
to companies
Conduct
corporate research, lead generation, and outreach
for new hiring partners
Act as a
single point of contact between companies, students, and internal teams
Schedule and manage
interviews, placement drives, job fairs, and recruitment events
Prepare and share
candidate profiles, MIS reports, placement trackers, and follow-ups
Achieve
monthly / quarterly placement and client acquisition targets
Draft professional
emails, proposals, and follow-ups
with HRs and companies

Experience:
