• Plan and execute large-scale hiring drives to meet staffing requirements.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, department heads, and leadership for recruitment planning.
• Oversee screening, interviews, and selection to ensure the right candidate fit.
• Maintain recruitment databases, track placement metrics, and generate reports.
• Ensure timely feedback and a positive experience for candidates.
• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
• 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment, centralized hiring, and local placements
• Strong understanding of entry-level hiring processes across industries
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in DDUGKY skilling project placements
• Experience with campus recruitment and engagement initiatives
