key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize, launch, and scale Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns across various funnels.
  • Manage daily campaign budgets, bid strategies, pacing, and performance optimization.
  • Perform audience research, segmentation, and testing to improve targeting effectiveness.
  • Analyze ad performance data and make real-time adjustments to improve ROI/ROAS.
  • Develop, test, and iterate on creative ad formats, copy, and visuals with the design/content team.
  • Set up and manage Meta Pixel, custom events, conversions API (CAPI), and retargeting campaigns.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (design, copywriting, analytics) to align ad strategy with business goals.
  • Prepare and present campaign reports with detailed insights and recommendations.


Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in managing Facebook/Meta ad campaigns.
  • A strong history of running ad campaigns that got great result.
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, ad optimization, and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
