Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Construction and Piping Supervisor to join our team. As a Construction and Piping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects with a specific focus on piping systems. Your role will involve managing and coordinating construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, and maintaining high-quality standards. This position requires strong technical knowledge, leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate construction projects, with a particular emphasis on piping systems, from start to finish. Review project plans, specifications, and blueprints to ensure accurate and efficient execution of the piping work. Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of piping systems, including inspection and testing procedures. Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure timely completion of projects within budget. Provide guidance and direction to construction teams, including contractors and subcontractors, to ensure compliance with project requirements and specifications. Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure the proper installation and functioning of piping systems. Monitor and enforce safety protocols and regulations on construction sites to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to resolve any technical issues or discrepancies that may arise during construction. Prepare progress reports, including work schedules, budget updates, and completion timelines. Communicate and coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and other relevant parties, to ensure effective project execution. Stay updated on industry advancements, regulations, and best practices related to construction and piping systems. Requirements Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or Piping Supervisor, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role. Strong knowledge of construction techniques, piping systems, and relevant safety regulations. Solid understanding of project management principles, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings related to piping systems. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in using construction management software and other relevant tools. Relevant certifications and licenses may be required (e.g., construction management, pipefitting, etc.).
