Job Summary:

The Piping QA/QC Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality, safety, and compliance of piping systems fabrication, installation, and inspection activities across Oil & Gas, Power Plants, Petrochemical, and Fertilizer projects. The role ensures adherence to applicable ASME codes, project specifications, and international standards through effective quality assurance, inspection, and coordination with clients and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee piping systems fabrication, erection, testing, and commissioning in compliance with project specifications and ASME Codes (ASME B31.1, B31.3, ASME Section IX, etc.).
• Implement and maintain Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) procedures for piping activities.
• Conduct welding inspections and ensure compliance with approved WPS, PQR, and welder qualifications.
• Coordinate and monitor Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) activities (RT, UT, PT, MT, PMI, hardness testing) and review test reports.
• Ensure material traceability, verification, and control as per project requirements.
• Review and approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and Quality Plans.
• Perform hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure testing inspections and certification.
• Manage project quality documentation, including inspection reports, NDT records, material certificates, and final dossiers.
• Liaise with clients, third-party inspectors, and certification bodies to ensure compliance and timely approvals.
• Support project execution teams by resolving quality-related issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and promote a strong safety culture on-site.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
