- Familiarity with stress analysis, welding procedures and NDT techniques.
- Leadership and team coordination abilities.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain erection logs, progress reports, and inspection records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

- Ability to verify and reconcile quantities from site and drawings.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Good communication and client coordination abilities.
