The candidate must be highly trained in security operations, possess prior experience working in a reputed security company, and maintain an active network of field officers and security personnel.The role involves conducting site surveys, preparing SOPs & SLAs, managing field officers, training guards, ensuring deployment discipline, and maintaining high operational standards. The Specialist will also handle client interactions, oversee new site transitions, and integrate new-age security technologies to strengthen operational delivery.Key Responsibilities• Conduct detailed site surveys and design customized security solutions.• Prepare and implement SOPs and SLAs for each client location.• Supervise, train, and evaluate field officers and guards.• Ensure zero shortfall in deployment, reliever management, and guard alertness.• Maintain discipline, turnout standards, and adherence to company and client expectations.• Lead smooth transition and stabilization of new security sites.• Maintain strong relationships with clients and help in business development.• Leverage a network of field officers to ensure quick, reliable manpower mobilization.• Implement emergency management, incident response, and risk mitigation protocols.• Introduce and oversee modern security technologies such as CCTV, access control, and AI-based monitoring.Qualifications• Must have prior experience working with a reputed security company.• Should be highly trained in physical security operations and supervision.• A strong network of field officers and guards across Delhi NCR is mandatory.• Proven leadership and people management skills.• Excellent communication, discipline, and decision-making abilities.• Knowledge of emergency planning, risk assessment, and security tech tools.• Must own a car and be ready to travel across NCR.• Disciplined, confident, loyal, and passionate about the security industry.• Bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications in Security or Facility Management preferred.Interested candidates can share their resume on whatsapp at 9289283182.
