Role Overview

We are looking for a QA Lead - Automation Testing who will take ownership of test strategy, automation frameworks, and quality assurance processes for our enterprise communication solutions.This role requires a strong background in test automation, API testing, and cloud-based application testing. The ideal candidate will lead the QA team, drive best practices, and ensure the delivery of high-quality products in a fast-paced environment.This position requires a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in QA automation. Freshers or less experienced candidates need not apply.

Responsibilities

  • Test Strategy & Automation : Design, develop, and implement robust automation test frameworks for API, web, and mobile applications.
  • QA Leadership : Lead and mentor the QA team, ensuring best practices in test automation and quality assurance.
  • Test Execution : Develop, execute, and maintain automated test cases using Selenium, Appium, JMeter, and other relevant tools.
  • Performance & Security Testing : Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of applications through performance and security testing methodologies.
  • CI/CD Integration : Integrate automated testing within the CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
  • Defect Management : Work closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to identify, document, and resolve defects.
  • Cloud Testing : Perform cloud-based testing on AWS environments.
  • Regression & UAT Support : Manage regression test suites and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) processes.

Qualifications

Experience :

8-10 years in QA automation and software testing.

Technical Skills Required

  • Strong hands-on experience with Selenium, Appium, JMeter, Postman, and API automation frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript for test automation scripting.
  • Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar DevOps tools for automation in CI/CD pipelines.
  • Testing experience on AWS.
  • Knowledge of security testing tools like OWASP ZAP and performance testing tools like JMeter.
  • Experience in testing databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
