Responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing queries, providing accurate banking information, promoting products, and ensuring excellent customer service while maintaining compliance with banking policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls and resolve banking-related queries.

Provide accurate information on accounts, transactions, and services.

Promote and cross-sell banking products over calls.

Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards.

Record customer interactions and follow up when necessary.

Adhere to compliance, security, and confidentiality guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (except B.Tech, M.Tech, B.Sc, M.Sc, BCA, MCA)

Strong communication and listening skills.

Basic knowledge of banking operations preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office and computer usage.

Ability to handle pressure and meet performance targets.
