Job Summary:

Responsible for managing financial records, processing invoices, preparing reports, and assisting in day-to-day accounting operations to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger.
  • Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in transactions.
  • Assist in budgeting, audits, and tax preparations.
  • Maintain proper records of vouchers, invoices, and receipts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth financial operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Commerce/Finance

    (except B.Tech, M.Tech, B.Sc, M.Sc, BCA, MCA)

  • Knowledge of accounting principles and MS Office (Excel).
  • Experience with accounting software (Tally/ERP preferred).
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational ability.
